1000 PRs Merged
March 22, 2026
Today I hit 1000 PRs merged in my solo project. It's a small milestone in the grand scheme of things, but it felt worth noting.
Working alone on a project has its own rhythm. There's no code review from a teammate, no pair programming session to catch that bug you're too close to see. Just you, the code, and the merge button. Each PR represents a small chunk of workârefactored logic, a new feature, a bug fix, or sometimes just tidying up the loose ends of yesterday's decisions.
A thousand PRs isn't about the number. It's about showing up, consistently, to push the project forward. Some PRs were tiny. Some took days to get right. All of them taught me something.
Here's to the next thousand.
